ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Marta Nerin - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
 
Base + uncapped commission + bonuses

RESPONSIBILITIES:  Find the customer, win them over and retain their business by:

  • Providing information about insurance products and services.
  • Assisting customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handling customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Coordinating with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to follow and successfully execute our follow up process.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls to prospective clients including cold calling.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
  • Willing and able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses. 
  • You believe effort = income.
  • Must like dogs.
Base pay of $40-45k annually, realistic annual earnings of $60,000–$90,000 for producers who do the work
