ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Team Member for Marta Nerin - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
- Assist customers with all insurance needs.
- Stay current with market trends and product offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of experience in insurance and financial services.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- People-oriented
- Self-motivated
- Proactive in problem solving
- Achieve mutually agreed upon sales goals
- Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses (must already have both)
- Knowledge of CRM, Mod and Policy Center a +
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
