As an Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Marta Nerin - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Marta Nerin - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and associates in main office. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- People-oriented
- Self-motivated
- Proactive in problem solving
- Achieve mutually agreed upon sales goals
- Property and Casualty & Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
- Must like dogs
BENEFITS:

- Base pay of $40-45k annually.
- Total annual compensation with commission/bonuses of $55-85k
- 401(k) Matching plan
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
