ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Marta Nerin - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. This is a sales role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prospecting, including cold calling, following up with leads, etc
Provide customized insurance estimate
Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Follow up with prospective clients
Educate customers about products and services offered by the company
Create a Personal Price Plans
Manage client accounts and update information in the database.
Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have both: Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance license
State Farm Experience required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Salary starts at $18/hr + commission from sales

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
